Kathy Pare' and Becky Maggio hold a banner during a presentation on Operation Welcome Home. This program is actively welcoming troops home in airports. The Rochester NY operation has corporate sponsors that actually let their employees leave during working hours to participate. It originated with one woman who would grab strangers in the airport and ask them to join her when the troops came in. Family members contact her with information and she in turn passes the information along. The feedback has all been positive. We are hoping to start a similiar program. All we need is input from family members.
